DESCRIPTION:Periphery Wellness Group (PWG) is dedicated to offering wellnes
 s and mindfulness strategies\, modalities\, and education to historically 
 marginalized communities. By empowering individuals with tools and knowled
 ge\, PWG aims to help these communities enhance their social capacity and 
 improve the quality of life for individuals\, families\, and various commu
 nity groups. Through a holistic approach\, PWG addresses the unique needs 
 and challenges faced by marginalized populations\, promoting self-awarenes
 s\, resilience\, and collective empowerment. By fostering a culture of wel
 lness and mindfulness\, PWG strives to create positive and sustainable cha
 nge within these communities\, ultimately promoting greater equity\, well-
 being\, and social capacity.\n\nWellness and Mindfulness\n\nSessions will 
 be offered multiple times throughout the year.\n\nIntellectual / Occupatio
 nal Wellness\nPWG offers a range of services including Mindful Meditation\
 , Dialogue Mediation\, Yoga\, and Dialogue Facilitation and Training\, tai
 lored to support workplace goals while fostering equity and inclusivity. T
 hrough educational initiatives and strategic practices\, PWG collaborates 
 with organizations to design customized plans that promote a culture of mi
 ndfulness\, open communication\, and diversity. PWG aims to create environ
 ments where all employees feel valued\, respected\, and empowered to contr
 ibute their unique perspectives towards common goals.
