We will discuss the trauma informed approach to suppo rt healing and empowerment.\n\n \;\n\nProfessionalism and Leadership\n \nK-Rahn Vallatine will facilitate training on professionalism and what it means to be a leader not only in the professional world\, but also as a c ommunity service provider working with gang and drug impacted communities. We will also explore how to overcome the internal blockages\, such as sel f-limiting beliefs and past social norms\, that may hinder us from develop ing into great leaders.\n\n \;\n\nEffective Communication as a Leader\ n\nK-Rahn Vallatine will facilitate a training on the importance of effect ive communication as a leader and effective communication techniques.
