DESCRIPTION:Periphery Wellness Group (PWG) is dedicated to offering wellnes
 s and mindfulness strategies\, modalities\, and education to historically 
 marginalized communities. By empowering individuals with tools and knowled
 ge\, PWG aims to help these communities enhance their social capacity and 
 improve the quality of life for individuals\, families\, and various commu
 nity groups. Through a holistic approach\, PWG addresses the unique needs 
 and challenges faced by marginalized populations\, promoting self-awarenes
 s\, resilience\, and collective empowerment. By fostering a culture of wel
 lness and mindfulness\, PWG strives to create positive and sustainable cha
 nge within these communities\, ultimately promoting greater equity\, well-
 being\, and social capacity.\n\nWellness and Mindfulness\n\nSessions will 
 be offered multiple times throughout the year.\n\nPhysical Wellness\nPWG h
 arnesses yoga and mindfulness\, tailoring practices to individual needs\, 
 aiming for unity of mind\, body\, and spirit. These techniques are utilize
 d to decrease trauma responses and foster harmony in the body and mind.
