DESCRIPTION:Miyume McKinnley’s mission is to eliminate the stigma that pr
 events the pursuit of mental health services through education\, community
  outreach\, innovative therapeutic approaches\, and removing barriers to a
 ccessing mental health support. Our mental health training and workshops a
 im to empower individuals and organizations with the knowledge and skills 
 needed to support mental well-being effectively. By investing in mental he
 alth education and awareness\, we can create healthier\, more supportive c
 ommunities and workplaces for everyone.\n\nMental Health Training\n\nSessi
 ons will be offered multiple times throughout the year.\n\nWhere Physical 
 Health &amp\; Mental Health Meet - A Deeper Look at Your WHY?\nFull day\nT
 his workshop will combine therapeutic interventions and physical fitness t
 o promote healing. We will take a deeper look at “why” we entered this
  field. Through self-reflection\, inner-child activities\, and physical ac
 tivities\, we will develop a deeper understanding of how trauma\, past exp
 eriences\, and triggers can impact how we show up for our clients\, friend
 s\, family\, and ourselves.\n\n**Please wear workout clothing as we will b
 e engaging in physical activities for a portion of the training.  No expe
 rience necessary.  Everyone is welcome\, whether you've worked out yester
 day or a year ago\, lol! This session is all about nurturing our mental a
 nd physical health.
