Community Safety Partnership Bureau (CSP)

Established in 2011, the Community Safety Partnership (CSP) represents a relationship-based policing model that seeks to build public trust and reduce violent crime.  Considered a trust-generating, relationship-based policing strategy, it offers opportunities to heal old wounds and build new relationships while enabling community members.
