Where Physical Health & Mental Health Meet – A Deeper Look at Your WHY?
Full day
This workshop will combine therapeutic interventions and physical fitness to promote healing. We will take a deeper look at “why” we entered this field. Through self-reflection, inner-child activities, and physical activities, we will develop a deeper understanding of how trauma, past experiences, and triggers can impact how we show up for our clients, friends, family, and ourselves.
**Please wear workout clothing as we will be engaging in physical activities for a portion of the training. No experience necessary. Everyone is welcome, whether you’ve worked out yesterday or a year ago, lol! This session is all about nurturing our mental and physical health.
