Title: Mastering the Health of our Mind & Body Wellness Series – “Exploring Your Why?”

Many individuals enter this field driven by a passion for fostering change and supporting their communities. Along the journey, most have encountered significant personal challenges, such as grief, trauma, incarceration, and abuse. While resilience plays a role in overcoming these obstacles, true healing is imperative to become the best version of oneself.Frequently, the demands of life can make being in survival mode the norm.  Busy lives leave little room to invest time in personal development/growth, healing and creating true inner peace. However, addressing and healing from experiences like PTSD, trauma, toxic relationships, family dynamics, grief, depression, and anxiety are vital steps toward personal growth and an overall better quality of life.

This course provides a valuable opportunity to prioritize both physical and emotional self-care. It’s crucial to remember that YOU cannot pour from an empty cup. Neglecting our physical and emotional health not only compromises our ability to support others but also increases the risk of inadvertently hurting those we care about, including our own families.
